WhatsApp conversation charges are billed separately by Meta at Meta's published rates and are not included in this plan.

How does billing work?: The subscription is billed monthly, in advance, at ₹1,999 per workspace plus applicable taxes (GST). Your billing cycle starts on the date of your first payment and renews on the same date each month.
What counts as a workspace?: A workspace is one QHT Messaging account for one business: its connected WhatsApp Business number, its contacts and conversation history, and its team members. If you run multiple brands on separate WhatsApp numbers, each is a separate workspace.
Are WhatsApp conversation charges included?: No. Meta charges for conversations on the WhatsApp Business Platform separately, at Meta's published per-conversation rates for your country. Those charges are billed by Meta and are not part of the QHT Messaging subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. You can cancel whenever you like and the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep access until then. See our Refund Policy for details, including the 7-day refund window on your first payment.
Is there a free trial?: We don't offer a self-serve trial. Instead, contact us and we'll give you a live demo of the inbox and help you evaluate whether it fits your team before you pay anything.
